ABOUT US
Set up in 2010, Expert Survey Solutions provides domestic Energy Performance Certificates in conjunction with Home Information Packs. Since the requirement for a HIP in the sale of a property was scrapped, we continued to help sellers meet new requirements by producing EPCs and also aided sellers and estate agents alike by producing marketing floorplans.
Over the recent years the business has developed and grown in an attempt to be a valuable resource for estate agents, letting agents, solicitors and landlords among other similar organisations. We now provide an ever growing catalogue of services in order to assist with the property industry as this website details.
