This depends on a number of factors including the number of bedrooms, size of rooms, the number of floors and so on.

Generally we allow an hour for the appointment. This usually allows plenty of time even for the largest of properties although it is difficult to estimate accurately without seeing the property.

A floorplan is usually available within 24-48 hours unless otherwise advised.

All floor plans will be sent by email.

By default we provide the floorplans in two formats, specifically JPG and PDF. Other formats can be made available on request – please explain your specific requirements and we will be happy to help.

At ESS we fully appreciate the value of what a good floorplan can do to aid the sale or let of a property. We provide a large array of options for the floorplans we offer. Options include colour, incorporation of logos, pictures any many more. Please view the Floorplan Services page and feel free to speak with us about your specific requirements.

If your amendment required can be explained easily, a simple email request will suffice but ideally If you requires any changes or amendments, we would you to mark the changes on the plan and fax or email it back to us.

If you are selling or letting your property a floor plan gives you the head start needed in the competitive market.

A floor plan will provide any potential client with a visual layout of the property without having to visit the property. This will save all parties valuable time in preventing the need for viewings that do not meet the customer’s requirements.

It has been proven that home buyers and tenants are more interested in listings that have a floor plan available to view.
