Floorplan redraws
At Expert Survey Solutions, over recent years we have increasingly encountered situations where our clients take on a property that already has a floorplan. As a result we offer a ‘redraw service’ where we will create a floorplan in our client’s unique format, using the existing plan supplied to us.
How it works…..
It couldn’t be more simple…
1. Just send us an image of an existing representation of the layout. (This could be a simple photo of a sketch or an image of an existing floorplan.)
2. As long as it shows us the layout, wall measurements and labels the rooms, we’ll be able to work with it.
3. We’ll turn your sketch into a bespoke, professional looking plan that’ll be sure to impress your clients, based on your unique design preferences.
That image will be emailed back to you typically within 24 hours, in universally compatible formats (jpeg and pdf) all ready for you to use in your marketing.
