2D Floorplans
2D Floorplans are the most common form of floorplans currently used in marketing properties.
These can be customised for each client but typical options include colour or black & white, colour schemes, orientation, use of business logos, personalised disclaimers and inclusion of measurements to name but a few examples. 3D Floorplans
Use of 3D Floorplans in the marketing of properties is becoming more and more popular. They offer a modern and elite perspective of a property. Use of illustrative furniture in the plans can offer a further interpretation of the property that is not available within a standard two dimensional plan.
