New Build EPC’s

Floorplans to help market a property whether it be for sale or Let is a hugely popular service. This is often done in conjunction with providing a service such as an EPC. We are often dismayed by the poor standard of floorplans being used by marketing agents across the UK and pride ourselves in being able to deliver what we believe to be a higher standard. Floorplan re-draw service
At Expert Survey Solutions, over recent years we have increasingly encountered situation where out clients take on a property that already has a floorplan. As a result we offer a ‘re-draw service’ where we will create a floorplan in our client’s unique format using the existing plan supplied to us.
Legionella Risk Assessments
There is a long-standing requirement for a landlord or managing agent to assess the risk level of the legionella bacteria forming in a rental property. Until a recent change in legislation wording however, this was largely neglected. Expert Survey Solutions provides a competitively priced comprehensive assessment and report on the risk levels in regards to legionella within a specific rental property.
